Fast diagnostics, honest recommendations, and reliable furnace repair to get your heat back on track.
If your furnace stops running after a few failed starts, it’s likely in safety lockout mode.
Most furnace repair problems don’t come from just one bad part. They come from how the system is operating as a whole.
Too often, furnace repairs turn into guesswork. Parts get replaced without addressing the real reason the system is failing. That can lead to repeat breakdowns, uneven heating, higher energy bills, and a furnace that still doesn’t feel dependable.
Our approach is different. We focus on finding the root cause first.
That may include airflow, ignition issues, gas pressure, electrical components, safety controls, venting, or overall system performance.
Furnace performance and safety go hand in hand. For additional homeowner safety information, the National Fire Protection Association offers helpful guidance on carbon monoxide safety.
This helps us repair the furnace correctly instead of putting a temporary patch on a deeper problem.
If a repair makes sense, we’ll take care of it.
If the furnace is older, unsafe, inefficient, or nearing the point where replacement is the better long-term option, we’ll walk you through it honestly so you can make the right decision for your home.
✔ Accurate diagnostics—not guesswork
✔ Repairs that address the root cause
✔ No pressure to replace your furnace
✔ Focus on airflow, safety, and total system performance

Samson is one of the most capable heating and cooling engineer, I have worked with. He has a way of breaking down how systems work, in a technical sense that is unique to his profession. We had a new system installed by another installer, and it has continually broke since we have gotten it installed. Within one session and spending an hour in our house he was able to fix our heating problem, by simply doing his job right. Not only is he capable and good at what he does, he’s also generous leaving us filters for our system. I wish we could’ve bought an assistant from him and had him install it, he’s really good at his job.Posted on Bobbie MolinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So grateful for Samson. He was able to help us out on a Saturday. We woke up with no heat. He truly is a kind and knowledgeable young man when it comes to his job . Had our heater up and running in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much.Posted on Bob BerkshireTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to replace an HVAC system, AAA was charging an absurd price, reached out to a few different Heating and Cooling professionals and found Samson's number. He responded very quickly and was quite polite. He was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process, and was able to find us a good rate for about half of the original price. Installation was quick, and they were quite knowledgeable. Very excellent service, would recommend!Posted on Jorge MartinezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you for getting my furnace up and running.Posted on Theresa HathawayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called when my air conditioning quit. Ended up being a very unique problem to solve. Samson handled it with care and attention to my unique situation. I couldn't be happier!!Posted on DomenickTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the mini split installed in my home. From day one, the difference in comfort has been incredible. The system cools and heats each room quickly, and the temperature control is precise. It runs whisper‑quiet, so I hardly notice it’s on, yet the air feels consistently fresh and comfortable. Samsun was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I have come across as well. My only regret is I didn’t use him much sooner. The prices were more than fair , he walked me through the entire process and he had it all installed within no time. Thank you so much !Posted on Karen ReedTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased a home without A/C and met with several contractors before choosing Samson—and we are so glad we did. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Samson recommended a RUUD system, sized it perfectly for our home, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He includes a 10-year warranty and 2 years of maintenance, which gave us great peace of mind. The unit has been extremely efficient—we were expecting a big jump in our electric bill, but it stayed surprisingly low while keeping our home very comfortable. If you are looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC work, I highly recommend Samson. Excellent service and outstanding results!Posted on Antonio TorresTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Expert service , honest and professional. Most furnaces can last 15–20 years when they’re properly installed and maintained. But age alone doesn’t determine whether your furnace needs to be replaced. We’ve seen newer systems struggle because of airflow problems, poor setup, or incorrect sizing—and older furnaces continue running safely and reliably when they’ve been well taken care of.
The better question is how your furnace is performing today. In many cases, a properly diagnosed repair can restore heat, improve reliability, and extend the life of the system. Other times, especially when problems keep coming back, safety concerns show up, or the furnace is no longer heating the home efficiently, replacement may be the better long-term solution.
