Samson is one of the most capable heating and cooling engineer, I have worked with. He has a way of breaking down how systems work, in a technical sense that is unique to his profession. We had a new system installed by another installer, and it has continually broke since we have gotten it installed. Within one session and spending an hour in our house he was able to fix our heating problem, by simply doing his job right. Not only is he capable and good at what he does, he’s also generous leaving us filters for our system. I wish we could’ve bought an assistant from him and had him install it, he’s really good at his job.Posted on Bobbie MolinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So grateful for Samson. He was able to help us out on a Saturday. We woke up with no heat. He truly is a kind and knowledgeable young man when it comes to his job . Had our heater up and running in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much.Posted on Bob BerkshireTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to replace an HVAC system, AAA was charging an absurd price, reached out to a few different Heating and Cooling professionals and found Samson's number. He responded very quickly and was quite polite. He was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process, and was able to find us a good rate for about half of the original price. Installation was quick, and they were quite knowledgeable. Very excellent service, would recommend!Posted on Jorge MartinezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you for getting my furnace up and running.Posted on Theresa HathawayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called when my air conditioning quit. Ended up being a very unique problem to solve. Samson handled it with care and attention to my unique situation. I couldn't be happier!!Posted on DomenickTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the mini split installed in my home. From day one, the difference in comfort has been incredible. The system cools and heats each room quickly, and the temperature control is precise. It runs whisper‑quiet, so I hardly notice it’s on, yet the air feels consistently fresh and comfortable. Samsun was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I have come across as well. My only regret is I didn’t use him much sooner. The prices were more than fair , he walked me through the entire process and he had it all installed within no time. Thank you so much !Posted on Karen ReedTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased a home without A/C and met with several contractors before choosing Samson—and we are so glad we did. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Samson recommended a RUUD system, sized it perfectly for our home, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He includes a 10-year warranty and 2 years of maintenance, which gave us great peace of mind. The unit has been extremely efficient—we were expecting a big jump in our electric bill, but it stayed surprisingly low while keeping our home very comfortable. If you are looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC work, I highly recommend Samson. Excellent service and outstanding results!Posted on Antonio TorresTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Expert service , honest and professional. Comfort issues in Dacono homes don’t always show up as a full system failure. More often, it starts with small signs—rooms that never seem to match the thermostat, an AC that runs constantly in the summer, or a furnace that cycles on and off without ever really settling in. Over time, those issues turn into higher energy bills, more frequent repairs, and a system that feels unreliable when you need it most.
A big part of the problem we see in Dacono comes down to how systems were originally installed. Newer developments and fast builds often mean equipment was sized quickly or ductwork wasn’t designed for long-term performance. That can leave homeowners dealing with comfort problems even when the system itself is still fairly new.
Our approach is to step back and look at the entire system—not just the symptom. In some cases, a targeted repair or airflow adjustment is all that’s needed to get things working properly again. In others, replacement becomes the better long-term move, especially when the system is struggling to keep up or has already needed multiple fixes.
When replacement does make sense, we focus on getting it right from the start. That means properly sizing the equipment, paying attention to airflow, and installing everything cleanly so it performs the way it’s supposed to. The result is a home that heats and cools more evenly, runs more efficiently, and doesn’t leave you second-guessing your system.
Whether you’re dealing with ongoing issues or just want a second opinion before making a decision, we help Dacono homeowners understand their options and move forward with confidence.
The cost depends on your home size, the type of system you choose, and the condition of your ductwork. Most homeowners fall within a range, but we provide a free estimate so you can see your exact options before making a decision.
How do I know if I should repair or replace my HVAC system?
Most HVAC systems can last 15–20 years with proper installation and maintenance, but age alone doesn’t determine when it needs to be replaced. We’ve seen systems over 20 even 30+ years old still operating safely and reliably when they’ve been well taken care of.
If your system is over 10–15 years old and starting to break down more often, struggle with airflow, or drive up energy bills, it may be worth considering replacement. Otherwise, many systems can continue running reliably with the right repairs.
We always walk you through both options so you can make the best decision based on your system—not just its age.
Common signs include uneven temperatures, weak airflow, rising energy bills, and frequent repairs. In Dacono homes, we also see issues caused by improperly sized systems, which can lead to poor performance and unnecessary wear over time.
Most system replacements can be completed in one day. If the job involves ductwork changes or a more complex installation, it may take longer—but we’ll give you a clear timeline before any work begins.
Proper sizing depends on your home’s layout, insulation, and ductwork. We make sure your system is correctly sized so you don’t deal with airflow problems, inefficiency, or uneven comfort.
