Samson is one of the most capable heating and cooling engineer, I have worked with. He has a way of breaking down how systems work, in a technical sense that is unique to his profession. We had a new system installed by another installer, and it has continually broke since we have gotten it installed. Within one session and spending an hour in our house he was able to fix our heating problem, by simply doing his job right. Not only is he capable and good at what he does, he’s also generous leaving us filters for our system. Had to replace an HVAC system, AAA was charging an absurd price, reached out to a few different Heating and Cooling professionals and found Samson's number. He responded very quickly and was quite polite. He was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process, and was able to find us a good rate for about half of the original price. I couldn’t be happier with the mini split installed in my home. From day one, the difference in comfort has been incredible. The system cools and heats each room quickly, and the temperature control is precise. It runs whisper‑quiet, so I hardly notice it’s on, yet the air feels consistently fresh and comfortable. Samsun was by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I have come across as well. My only regret is I didn’t use him much sooner.
